We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selection (please refer to size chart before ordering)

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
Please ensure to record an unboxing video while opening your package
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted
