Every piece is designed with care, but we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be needed. Our aim is to provide a seamless and transparent process for all our valued customers.
🔁 Exchange & Return Process
We offer an easy and customer-friendly return/exchange policy for apparel purchased through Stardom.
Please keep the following points in mind:
- Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of delivery.
- Accessories such as wallets, belts, ties, and perfumes are not eligible for return or exchange.
- We allow partial returns, but sets or combos (e.g., coordinated suit sets) must be returned as a whole.
📹 Note: We highly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your package. This helps us validate claims related to damage, missing items, or incorrect deliveries.
📌 Return & Exchange Conditions
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items labeled “No Return” must be returned with the tag undisturbed to be eligible for processing.
- Exchanges are only allowed for items of the same or higher value.
- Return pickups are subject to courier service availability in your area.
❌ Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- To cancel, visit the ‘My Orders’ section on our website/app.
- In case a product becomes unavailable after you’ve placed your order, our team will contact you within 2 working days to offer an alternative or process a refund.
💳 Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective product
- Wrong item delivered
- Product lost in transit
Refunds are not eligible in cases such as:
- Minor color or print variation
- Used or damaged returns
- Late return initiation beyond the specified timeframe
🕐 Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be initiated within 10–15 working days after the returned item passes our quality check. The amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment.
